I usually hate Bulgarian split squats and lunges BUT I loved this workout! I seriously went into this dreading it and finished so proud of myself and happy! I feel stronger and all the encouragement she offers throughout is really nice to have 🩷

What a way to wake up! This one definitely got my heart pumping and started my days right. I've mentioned before I have such a hard time with those split squats lll...but it's getting easier little by little!
