That last workout was tough!!! Got to 14 on each side instead of 20 but didn’t give up!

This one might be one of my favorite. The last workout burned, I modified to tabletop and did kickbacks but it was still great! Definitely saving

Did we do two lots of sumo squats?! Ooh and that last exercise was brutal on the belly. Thanks for the single leg alternative. That was a life saver
