 My daughter allie ritchie recommended you and she was right! 
My only question is, when you have each section of an area, do I do all 4 reps (with a rest in between, haha dying over here 🤣)
Or do I do one rep and then move to the next one and cycle through? Until I’m done with work out?

Alt Reverse Lunge

High Knees

Air Squat

Warm Up

- Stand in a wide toed out stance with a dumbbell in each hand in front of you
- Lower into a squat touching the dumbbells to the ground while keeping your back straight
- Stand up to full extension

Dumbbell sumo deadlift

- Elevate heels onto a weight plate
- Hold a single dumbbell in the goblet position
- Lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand up to full extension

Dumbbell heels elevated goblet squat

- Start with your back foot on top of an elevated surface 
- Lower down pushing your hips back slightly 
- Lower until both legs are at about 90 degrees and pulse for time or reps
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Bulgarian split squat pulses

Hip Thrust to Abductor

- Place your feet hip-width apart, and dumbbells at your sides
- Take a big step to the side
- Land with your heel, flex the knee to lower your hip and body until your knee and hip are at a 90 degree angle 
- Keep opposite leg only slightly angled
- Return to the starting position by extending your hip and knee 
- Once they are straight, bring your foot back in to a standing tall position

Lateral lunge (dumbbells)

- Hold a dumbbell in your hands
- Hinge at the hip as you come down 
- Jump up and spin 180 degrees 
- Land softly 
- Push your hips back and come down

180 jump squats (weighted)

- Place your heel on a bench with the other leg extended
- Push down with your foot activating the hamstring as your hips and legs raise.
-Lower back to ground slow and controlled
