Try not to bounce
Squeeze Shoulder blades together at the top

Reverse Fly

Bicep Curl Forward Extend

If at home and don’t have a bosu ball, do it with dumbbells

Mt Climber, Squat Bicep Curl, Overhead Press with Bosu Ball

Circuit 3

Negative Bicep Curl/ Hold at Top

15 on each side
If you don’t have a bosu ball, do it without a bosu ball

Elbow to Hand Plank on Bosu Ball

If you don’t have a bosu ball, do it on the floor

Knees to Chest on Bosu Ball

Circuit 4

For example: running, biking, hiking, swimming, elliptical, stair stepper, etc.
