This workout will strengthen your back and biceps and will also keep your heart rate up. The LISS Cardio at the end is optional but I recommend it if you have time! 🤍 Let’s do this! Push yourself!

So good! I usually do like 15’s for hammers and I did 20’s and could see so much definition in my biceps!

I love that every workout I do of Aubrie’s, I’m always learning new moves! I’ve never not done one of her workouts where I haven’t tried something new! I started her workouts because I was getting bored with my workouts, but not anymore! Thanks Aubrie for making going to the gym more fun🙌🏼🤩
