This was certainly a humbling workout. Back & Biceps are my least favorite to train so it was a challenge to get into the right headspace and push through. But I did and feel really good (and sore🤪) 💪🏼

I literally love the simplicity of this! I'm so used to working out alongside a fast-paced workout video with a pleathera of moves and trying to keep up. I love that I'm working at my own pace, I'm not doing any crazy moves but I am sore in ALL the right places!
