Working with Amy was nothing short of life changing! I was the girl who was always overweight, I remember my first โdietโ started when I was 9. My parents constantly tried everything they could to help me, and Iโd maybe lose a few pounds or so, then right back on they went. As I got older I tried my own things. I remember spending my first ever paycheck on diet pills. Joined many scam weight loss programs, and tried every fad diet under the sun. You name it, Iโve tried it. I was lost and felt like I was just going to be unhealthy forever. In May of 2021 I found Amy on TikTok and was instantly inspired! I spent a few weeks creeping and ultimately decided to reach out for coaching. Why not? It was so refreshing to see a coach who has been in my shoes before! Someone who also struggled with her weight and had to undergo a major weight loss journey too. It made me feel validated and understood. Amy taught me so many things regarding fitness, health, nutrition, and most importantly, mindset! Mindset during weight loss journies is something so important, yet so not talked about and I truly think thatโs a major thing that helped this journey be different for me. Amy helped me understand my habits, my triggers, my emotions surrounding food and emotional eating. She helped me break through so much! She taught me new and better eating habits, she helped me overcome my gym anxiety, and helped me really transform into the healthy and confident girlie I am now. I lost 90 pounds working with Amy, and through everything she taught me, Iโve been able to maintain that weight loss for over a year now, which is a phase of fitness Iโve never been able to successfully do! Working with Amy allowed me to break free from old habits and patterns, helped me replace them with new and healthier ones, and helped me achieve the most confident and healthiest version of myself Iโve ever been.
