Reverse Plank Leg Lifts

Begin standing with your legs shoulder-width apart.
Place your hands on the floor and kick your legs back so you end up with your stomach and thighs on the floor. Your elbows should be bent.
From this position, press up like you're doing a push-up and push your hips up.
Jump your feet under your hips and stand.
Finish the movement by jumping in the air and bringing your hands over your head.
Repeat.

Burpee

Get into a high plank position, core engaged, and spine neutral. Using your core, try to bring your toes as high and as close to your hands as you can. Do not rock back and forth, if you find yourself doing so, don't bring your leg as high. Control the movement.

Plank Leg Abductions

Perform the movement just like a standard jumping jack, except your arms and hands will be meeting in front of you as opposed to above your head.

After being a gym rat myself(many years ago), when I stop working out & then begin again after 6-8 months, I always start low. Knowing about muscle memory I need to remember not to start up as a beginner.  But I just don't want to exert myself to much. This was my first workout in 6 months. I think I need to go heavier 🙃
