Great sweat, but the kick throughs were too advanced for me! Is there an alternative to these?! 💀

It was great as usual. My shoulder is hurt so I subbed the push ups for 15 barbell dead lifts and the swing throughs with 20 hanging leg raises. Finished 5 rounds!
