Frequently asked questions

Do I need a workout partner for this program?
No! You can absolutely do this yourself and in any cases where there is a partner style movement a solo modification is provided on the exercise description. We designed X2 to help you Optymyze the Work in any environment. If you don’t have anyone to push you we are here to push you. If you have a workout partner we have workouts that will help you utilize your partner for an extra push.
Do I need a gym?
All the X2 workouts in the program are designed with minimal equipment which is perfect for outside the gym or on the road. The equipment beyond your body is: - Medicine Ball - Dumbbell(s) - Kettlebell(s) *can be modified to use dumbbells - Sliders - Bands
Do I workout everyday in this program?
This program has a NEW workout for each day, never repeated plus one mobility day and one recovery day.
How do I select the weights?
In situations where a weighted movement is involved select a weight that you can use for high rep. The whole program is volume focused and form focused so don’t ego lift!
I want to lose weight is this program for me?
Absolutely. X2 is designed to drop body fat and increase functional strength! For beginner to athletes it can help you progress in where you are in your journey.
