Born and raised in Poland, at age 14, I came to the United States with the intention to start a new life, learn English, and find a good school. I graduated from the New York City College of Technology, majoring in Architecture. I love fitness and bodybuilding. I started my fitness journey 9 years ago and I know this is what I want do for the rest of my life! Pure passion which i would love to share with you and go through all the pain and sweat together! I like to go above and beyond to push my clients, every day, using creative means like my signature #100floorchallenge. It is a stairmaster challenge where you have to climb 100 floors. Training Requirements

Some workouts will not require any equipment. For HOME workouts I always recommend to buy a few items like: 1. Jump rope 2. resistant bands 3. heavy duty bands 4. sliders 5. Ab roller 6. 10 pound dumbbells 7. yoga mat 8. ankle weights 5lbs + For the GYM workouts: 1. Squat belt 2. Wrist wraps 3. Hip thrust foam roller
