Born and raised in Poland, at age 14, I came to the United States with the intention to start a new life, learn English, and find a good school. I graduated from the New York City College of Technology, majoring in Architecture. I love fitness and bodybuilding. This program can be easily fit into your daily routine because it can be completed at home. The best way is to plan ahead - grab a calendar and schedule your days. If it's really important for you you will make the time.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This workouts are for all fitness levels. If you just starting your fitness journey then you should complete the "Build at home" beginner program. If some exercises are too extreme you can complete them without the weight.
