Born and raised in Poland, at age 14, I came to the United States with the intention to start a new life, learn English, and find a good school. I graduated from the New York City College of Technology, majoring in Architecture. I love fitness and bodybuilding. How to get the best outcome of the program?
I would recommend you to complete at least 3 different core and ab workouts in a week for the best results.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This workouts are for all fitness levels. There are many different routines, so find the one that fits your comfort level. Dont forget to push yourself !
How to schedule the program into a week?
This are 10 to 20 minutes core and ab circuits that can be done at home. Try to find the time during the day to stay active! Put yourself first.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need is a yoga mat. Some of the exercises require additional weight, but this is optional based on your fitness level.
