What are the goals of the program?
By following this program the goal for you Is to learn the basics of bodyweight training. You should get familiar with all of the essential movements: squats, lunges, push ups, plank variations and other important exercises. Make sure to focus on your form and practice everyday. After completing 4 weeks I hope you will advance and be ready for the next "build at home level 1" program.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Stay consistent and follow every workout. You should complete six day program for the best outcome.

This workouts are design for the beginner level.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You don't need any equipment. This program have only body weight workouts.
How to schedule the program into a week?
I always say: "If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, You'll find an excuse" Stop making excuses and create a plan. Prepare a weekly schedule with all your daily activities and make sure to squeeze 1hr to stay active. Maybe you should try to wake up an hour earlier and get your workout in.
