Silly story time from the first time doing this: I got into a headstand and was holding it really well and just thought “oh my gosh I’m doing it! I’m really doing it!” And then a second later fell over making a huge noise, probably waking up all my neighbours. Whoops 😂 lesson learned: maybe I shouldn’t try inversion training at 11pm when people are sleeping 😂
