Oh I must do this every day! Holy moly my core is straight bread pudding 🤣 I know that wasn’t meant to be hard so I see now how much my core is lacking. I actually laughed out loud at how incapable of holding two inches above my mat I was. With myself not at my self though. I’ll get there! Excited to get stronger!
