I am so fucking sore. It is working 100% percent. My daughter asked me what I'm doing I told her I added a weight regime into my workouts. She asked me " are you just doing random stuff or what?"  I said no a military style workout.
" Well duh no wonder you hurt like hell!"  🤣🤣 She was super surprised I had the balls to even give it a go!!! 
Thank ypu again for all the motivational stuff you put out. Not ever gonna be a model. I do want to be in as good a shape and health as I catomorrown possibly be today. While I work to be even better for .

P.S. I will be tagging you in a post on Instagram. Showing a way to improvise, when you don't have a cable machine available to do arm curls. 
 I used a jump rope and a weight.

Talk about superset crazy 💯.  All I have to say.  Get ready to grow.  Let’s get after it 💯💯💯

Focus on the squeeze and hold.  We want to get as much blood as possible to the arms.  Keep elbows tight to the body to ensure only movement of the bicep.  Come all the way back down to get the full stretch/range of motion.

Isolated single arm cable curls

Now we are warming up.  Ensure to go with a weight light enough to perform 15 or more reps.  Max 20.  Full range of motion keep elbows tight.  SUPERSET WITH NEXT EXERCISE

Light weight high volume curls

This will be superset along with previous exercise.  As always get the full stretch and keep weight light to ensure 15-20 reps.

DB Tricep extensions

Keep arm flat on the platform.  Squeeze at the top.  Go slightly heavier as these will only be sets of 10.

Isolated DB curls.

You e seen this before. If not, find a flat platform to isolate the triceps and cause more gravity pull on the biceps.  Utilize an EZ curl bar if possible.  Alternate from outer grip to inner grip.

Laying Skull Crushers

Same idea as previous exercise.  Ensure to keep body still and move only on the bend of the elbows.  Get the full range of motion and ensure it is light enough to go 12-15 reps

Wicked Back

Still hitting it hard coach! My daughter RosaLynn helped me today.  We got creative with the weights we have to mimic the machines you are using.  She is as awesome as you guys are. She is a powerlifter (17 yrs old )
deadlifts 375
benches 305 
squats 350
She is who keeps me doing  things correctly so I don't hurt myself.  You both are great motivators!  Have a fantastic day!

Was hard for me the last two exercises but I did one way or another I got it.

Can't do the push ups more than 10 at a time and really not well. But I'm trying. Chin ups are are no go to. 😁🤣

Full Body

Moderate level for me . Not hard no plain. I was able to keep in my on peace and I break up the sweat and definitely burning up.

Feeling the burn for sure.
Is it weird that I'm starting to like it!?
I try to get creative with what I have available. I may not have the same machines available.  However I work the same muscles regardless. 
No does not exist in my vocabulary these days!

Some Back and a Touch of Chest

Definitely a lot of burning and excitement..😊 great mid afternoon workout

Oh snap this one got my heart pumping. I can't recreate the leg press and calf press machine so I used 35 pounds of weights and walked up 7 steps for 10 rounds Also used the same weights to do the calf raises along the bottom step. 
Today's workout was an emotions release one. My step dad passed away today. (Victim of covid.😥) 
 Dealing with my kids broken hearts and not being able to be with them.  To comfort them has been the hardest part of it all. So I put my emotions into todays workout. I am about to do an hour of cardio next.  
I hope your day is a good one and you get a chance to relax a little sometime through the day.

It was a good workout didn’t get to do everything due to not having a leg press machine but I did do other workouts to work the same parts
