Tristan’s fitness journey really took off a couple years after joining the US Marine Corps. Tristan grew up in a smaller town in Northern California playing sports all through childhood up until he joined the military. He always had this competitive mindset and being in the Marine Corps is just that, and that is when fitness became first priority. Through adversity came the increase of personal development in early 2018, and Tristan started posting consistently daily on Instagram as a tool to motivate himself and others alike. When he is not lifting weights, you can find him traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, as well as personal development. “Don’t forget to SEND IT”

Goals

Our goals for us here are to get every minute spent in the gym worth your while, while maintaining a well rounded lifestyle and stay goal oriented at all times. Every workout posted on here I will personally perform myself to ensure only the best quality workouts are maintained on our page.

Training Requirements

To train with us you’ll preferably want to have a gym membership. If you’re set for success with a home gym you could swing it, but a gym membership is highly recommended.

Accomplishments

Completed two full Period of Instruction’s through the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program in regards to physical and moral challenges we face daily, and am now a Martial Arts Instructor Trainer in the program. The training covers all spectrums of health both mentally and physically. Completed additional classes through military training for nutrition and supplementation.
