I would like to first thank you for sharing your efforts , I managed to do let’s say 80% of the work out since I have Morton neuroma which are like tumors on the nerves of my foot! I haven’t done heavy cardio because of that problem but I was so happy I managed with yours!!!

Lots of love to you too! Unbelievable. When you said tough you weren’t joking not even slightly! 💀🔥🥵 Was so good. The stupid jump squats combo I almost fainted at the end hahah. That’s 80 jumps woman, 40 jump squats and 40 broad jumps! But I did it 👊

The candle stick/pistol was fun. I always did my pistols sitting on a chair, today I didn’t use the chair except to help my momentum just slightly when getting up. I think the fact that falling on my butt was apart of it, removed the fear and the stress. Usually I find myself unable to talk myself into unaided pistols out of just irrational fear of falling on my butt. So today was a good day! Your combination gave me a permission to fall and made it ok, I guess hahah. And after it I looked at the clock and we had 9 minutes left and I was like oh hell 

Lastly but not least two things! 
1) I cried out laughing when you announced the bear crawls/burpees combo 😂 I probably laughed for a whole minute, I had to pause the video! it couldn’t have been more perfectly situated. It was hilarious, yet fun and challenging! 

2) FYI Every time you say “we’ve got this”. Literally every single time I respond to you out load. “No, you’ve got this” lol. You May have to talk to an empty camera, and perhaps have to pretend that people are there in the moment. And In reality we are there eventually! We will hear all your words and go through the hell you’re about to put us through. There is an entire dialogue that goes between you and us that you don’t get to hear. This is my way of giving you access to it. 

Bear crawls and jump squats were just incredibly funny! This was fun and hard and I am proud I finished it 🥳 To you super star 🥂 Have a lovely weekend!

Stick a knife in me, hahaha I am well done! 💪🏽💪🏽 a 7 days in a row champion 🥳 oh. I’ve been working out since 8:30 so that’s 2 hours now and I still have to do a 10 min stretch. My stamina is becoming out of this world, when I start I just wanna keep going!

I would say what Rihanna would say “Where have you been all my life” lol however I am a big believer that ppl cross paths at key moments. You and I were probably different people 5-3 or even 1 year ago. And even if I were to see at an earlier point I wouldn’t be able to appreciate or grasp how amazing you are. The person who were meant to stumble on you is the person I am today, she’s one of the luckiest versions of myself and she knows it. But she’s pretty cool, not to be weirdo but this coming statement is probably weird 😅☺️ I am kinda happy for my present self. And I am not sure if my present self is writing this, or my past self pushing me to write it while cheering me on or even my future self selfishly trying to secure an awesome relationship but either way all of me I guess is happy and excited to have you 🙌🏽
