Stick a knife in me, hahaha I am well done! 💪🏽💪🏽 a 7 days in a row champion 🥳 oh. I’ve been working out since 8:30 so that’s 2 hours now and I still have to do a 10 min stretch. My stamina is becoming out of this world, when I start I just wanna keep going! . I would say what Rihanna would say “Where have you been all my life” lol however I am a big believer that ppl cross paths at key moments. You and I were probably different people 5-3 or even 1 year ago. And even if I were to see at an earlier point I wouldn’t be able to appreciate or grasp how amazing you are. The person who were meant to stumble on you is the person I am today, she’s one of the luckiest versions of myself and she knows it. But she’s pretty cool, not to be weirdo but this coming statement is probably weird 😅☺️ I am kinda happy for my present self. And I am not sure if my present self is writing this, or my past self pushing me to write it while cheering me on or even my future self selfishly trying to secure an awesome relationship but either way all of me I guess is happy and excited to have you 🙌🏽

Alternatives for people with back and knee problems please And i find your live sessions more motivating and easy to follow compared to other workouts. I can’t follow them. They don’t have full reps and need a lot of manual work in between workout, hence I have stopped following them after trying two workouts
