Jessi

- Begin with barbell in hand with hands about shoulder width apart
- Push elbows forward in front of the bar
- Lower into about a 1/4 squat, inhale deep into the belly and hold the breath to brace the core
- Explode up through the feet and hips to drive the bar straight up overhead
- Exhale at the top of the movement
- Reset and repeat

Barbell Push Press

- Start with your palms facing you
- Press the dumbbells overhead rotating your wrists/arms as you press up
- Palms will be facing forward at the top
- Reach full extension and reverse the motion as you come down

Dumbbell Arnold Press

- Start kneeling with the roller in front of you, directly under shoulders
- Brace and engage your core and push the roller for forward 
- Keep your back straight throughout movement
- Roll wheel back in towards your knees

Ab Rollout

S&A Superset #1

- Begin in a standing position with one hand gripping the end of the barbell with your elbow slightly in front of you
- Angle the body forward slightly
- Press the end of the barbell up until the elbow lands by the ear
- Reach full extension at the top
- Lower with control back to starting position
- Maintain a 2-0-2-0 tempo (2 seconds to the top, 0 second pause, 2 seconds down, 0 second pause)
