Transformation Specialist

Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Campbell and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. In addition to my certifications I have 8 years of experience in the fitness industry both training others and paving my own path through a fitness transformation. I am the owner of Tire Trained, a transformation focused gym in Marion, Iowa. Tire Trained has been up and running for almost 5 years now! I have discovered a deep passion for helping to introduce women to training and to help them become the very best version of themselves through this lifestyle. I know firsthand what this lifestyle can do for you. The possibilities are truly endless! It starts out as a physique transformation and then turns into a mental investment in your whole self health and well-being. My transformation started in 2015. This was the first time I really took training seriously and fully dedicated myself to my transformation process. I achieved incredible results and was blown away by the mental impact it had on me. It motivated me to become a better woman all around and I have been on that path ever since!
Goals
My goal for you through my training programs is to introduce you to strength training and show you how to progress over time. My programs are transformation specific and run on 10-week cycles. The programs consist of a mix of progressive overload strength training and HIIT cardio. I also want to support your nutrition through your transformation journey. I support a macro-based nutrition approach and through that I love to share and show you how to gain food freedom and to eat for your goals!

My workouts require a comprehensive variety of strength training equipment. It is best to have gym access for my programs.
