                                Hello and welcome! My name is Amanda Campbell and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fitness nutrition specialist. In addition to my certifications I have 8 years of experience in the fitness industry both training others and paving my own path through a fitness transformation. I am the owner of Tire Trained, a transformation focused gym in Marion, Iowa. Tire Trained has been up and running for almost 5 years now! I have discovered a deep passion for helping to introduce women to training and to help them become the very best version of themselves through this lifestyle. I know firsthand what this lifestyle can do for you. The possibilities are truly endless! It starts out as a physique transformation and then turns into a mental investment in your whole self health and well-being. My transformation started in 2015. This was the first time I really took training seriously and fully dedicated myself to my transformation process. I achieved incredible results and was blown away by the mental impact it had on me.
