Really liked it, and liked the sprints at the end. Have run all winter and dare I say miss it lol. I’ve also notice my VO2 max has dropped from 40 to 35.5 😬😮‍💨 since September ooops! So want to try some workouts that will pump this up. Thinking giant sets again 🤮 but any ideas are welcome!!

Tough but not too much. My shoulders are going to feel this. Love the tele shoulder exercise, never seen or tried it - defo the hardest one for me

Noice! Did 3 sets of everything apart from monster walks (wondering if three would be old for that) included weights for everything apart from shrimp squats and jumping squats. Tried to do one set of shrimps without help!!
