Does the workouts require any equipment? No. Only for lower body do I use equipment. For upper body I do all bodyweight training. I like to call my training “power bodyweight” feeling like you have complete control with your body’s weight is an indescribable feeling, one I live for.

What’s the main goal for your workouts? Longevity of the body. Do my exercises to be incredibly strong & fit now and as you age. Do exercises with perfect form and stretching daily to help build and maintain our health.
