Oh where do I begin! I was always an athletic kid growing up - I dabbled in many sports up until college when my love for routine strength and endurance training came about.
When I first became a personal trainer [back in 2008] I was going to school to become a nurse. I grew a fascination with the human body and loved the idea of learning how to better care for it.
During my nursing school years and even into my nursing career, I had started my online training with the help of the Instagram platform. All while I was working full time in a hospital trying to help patients feel better and live a healthier life, I was also educating and motivating younger individuals to start their healthier and stronger lifestyle early !! I ultimately found that my passion lied in more preventative care and teaching (training) rather than reactive care and teaching (nursing)
With over 10 years of personal training and (personal) training under my belt, i made this app specific to you and your needs! You will experience so many variations of training - endurance, functional, strength - with specifics for equipment, specific levels or even if you’re in a certain area of your life (ie: prenatal or postnatal)
