Welcome to my Sweat with Sami Highlight !! Under this highlight you’ll find the actual workouts that I do on a weekly basis.
Truth be told, some weeks I’m very scheduled and other weeks I’m not as much. Being a mom of 2, running a very busy 24/7 clothing brand and also prioritizing you all here on my app, sometimes my workouts are a bit jumbled.
Under this highlight, you’ll find all kinds of workouts but currently this postpartum I’ve found a nice schedule and workout split that’s going super well for me thus far … I’m building a lot of strength, getting my muscle back and feeling so motivated, empowered and sexy 🤭

The above is typically my weekly schedule. If you want to follow this split, you’re more than welcome! Most of the time you’ll hit upper body twice and lower body at least twice. If you can’t finish the workouts or sets because of time, that’s absolutely fine - it happens to me too! But I complete the workout here in case you HAVE the time and stamina ! 👊🏼
