Hi App Fam! Welcome to my Sweat with Sami Highlight !! Under this highlight you’ll find the actual workouts that I do on a weekly basis. Truth be told, some weeks I’m very scheduled and other weeks I’m not as much. Being a mom of 2, running a very busy 24/7 clothing brand and also prioritizing you all here on my app, sometimes my workouts are a bit jumbled. Under this highlight, you’ll find all kinds of workouts but currently this postpartum I’ve found a nice schedule and workout split that’s going super well for me thus far … I’m building a lot of strength, getting my muscle back and feeling so motivated, empowered and sexy 🤭 1. Glutes & Legs 2. Upper body / HIIT / Abs 3. Full Body 4. Glutes & Legs The above is typically my weekly schedule. If you want to follow this split, you’re more than welcome! Most of the time you’ll hit upper body twice and lower body at least twice. If you can’t finish the workouts or sets because of time, that’s absolutely fine - it happens to me too! But I complete the workout here in case you HAVE the time and stamina ! 👊🏼 Also! Don’t forget to FAVORITE your favorite workouts. With each new workout under this bubble, older ones will be moved to other highlight bubbles so keep an eye out! About Sami Bossert

Oh where do I begin! I was always an athletic kid growing up - I dabbled in many sports up until college when my love for routine strength and endurance training came about. When I first became a personal trainer [back in 2008] I was going to school to become a nurse. I grew a fascination with the human body and loved the idea of learning how to better care for it. During my nursing school years and even into my nursing career, I had started my online training with the help of the Instagram platform. All while I was working full time in a hospital trying to help patients feel better and live a healthier life, I was also educating and motivating younger individuals to start their healthier and stronger lifestyle early !! I ultimately found that my passion lied in more preventative care and teaching (training) rather than reactive care and teaching (nursing) With over 10 years of personal training and (personal) training under my belt, i made this app specific to you and your needs! You will experience so many variations of training - endurance, functional, strength - with specifics for equipment, specific levels or even if you’re in a certain area of your life (ie: prenatal or postnatal) I’m so happy you’re here and want me to be a part of your health and fitness journey 🫶🏼
