My 6-week prenatal program is designed to help you feel empowered and strong throughout this transformative stage of your life. This program isn’t focused on building strength or endurance, but rather on maintaining your strength, supporting your mental well-being, and keeping you active as your body changes.
Move through the program at your own pace and as you’re able, always listening to your body. Please consult with your OB, midwife, or healthcare provider before starting. If you experience dizziness, lightheadedness, discomfort, or pain, stop immediately. Your safety and well-being come first!
