    My favorite thus far! Very challenging and pushed me to my limits in a very good way. I am so much stronger from the start not only in the weights I can lift but from a functional standpoint. My biggest realization which is silly to think about - we attended mass on Christmas Eve and my four year old daughter who is 40+lbs fell asleep and I held her the entire 1.5 hour mass including kneeling and standing and had ZERO back pain. I felt my core was so strong. I will definitely be doing this one again❤️❤️
