I went AWOL for a couple weeks 😬😬 but this was a GREAT workout to come back to! Was an awesome stretch for my shoulders after spending all day at my desk too.

A little late but I did....definitely not a work out for Monday 🤫 but I'm done!!!

Feeling great and taking stock of my improvements! I've always struggled with push-ups and today's the first time I've been able to maintain my form and do a proper (albeit modified lol) push-up 👏👏

Kicking my butt like always! I was a bit clumsy on the knee drive + jacks at first but the consistent cues and directions got me on track.

Whoop whoop, challenge completed!! I'm so proud of myself. I can't remember the last time I pushed myself this hard when it came to working out. Thank you Sam for continuously pushing us!!!
