Welcome to our “Strength and Sculpted” 8-week Fitness Program. In 20-minute sessions, six days a week, you’ll experience a balanced fitness approach. With six unique workouts each week, the initial four weeks focus on mastering exercises and progressive overload – gradually increasing resistance, reps, and perfecting form. Weeks 1-4: During the initial four weeks, consistency is the focus. You will perform the same workouts in these weeks. The goal is to master the exercises and implement progressive overload. Progressive overload involves gradually increasing resistance, repetitions, and refining exercise form. Weeks 5-8: From weeks five through eight, the program takes a different direction. New workouts are introduced, building upon the progress you’ve made during the first phase. This strategic approach continues to challenge your body and promote continuous improvement. Get ready for a journey that prioritizes mastering the fundamentals initially and then progresses to advanced workouts in the second phase. In just 20-minute sessions, six days a week, you’ll sculpt a stronger, more resilient you!
