Our eight-week on-demand Glute-focused program is structured with two phases. In the initial four weeks, you'll receive new workouts from Monday to Friday, maintaining a consistent routine that emphasizes progressive overload to challenge your muscles, particularly your glutes. The subsequent four weeks follow the same workout pattern while continuing to focus on progressive overload. This program targets all muscle groups, with a primary focus on building and strengthening the glutes, alongside overall strength improvement and body leaning through a combination of endurance and strength training. Additionally, deep core strengthening is a key component for stability and overall fitness. This structured program aims to help you effectively reach your fitness goals over the eight-week duration.
