The nostril breathing has really helped me to calm down. I got super sick and couldn’t sleep and it helped me to calm down and release anxiety. Love every one of these!

Finishing the third eye meditation, I opened my eyes and I could feel that I was different. My world view shifted, my mind—my brain, my thoughts, my intuition, my SELF—was open and free again. I could FEEL the energy pouring out of my third eye. Holy cow. It was crazy!! And it felt so. GOOD. I had locked my thoughts and opinions away to keep others happy. But now they are free. And so am I. (Seriously I can feel vibrations just pulsing out from my body so powerfully!!!)
