After completing circuit #1, go right into this circuit!

*Modification- no jumping? Do alternating reverse lunges

Power through these and hit the lunge position each time

Split lunge

*Modification- no band, do without

Engage core

Do pushup on knees if needed

Inchworm to pushup

8 reps each way

*Modification- no band, do without

Lateral high plank walks

8 reps each arm (lead with right up for 8 then left arm for 8)

*Modification- Do on knees if needed

Low to high plank

Circuit #1

2A Wall sit
2B Jog on incline 
2C Cable OR band paloff press squat

*Modification- If needed, don't sit down as far

Make sure knees are at 90 degree angle

Back flat against wall

Pressing on heels and never toes

Wall sit

Jog on incline

*Modification- If no cable, use resistance band

Cable paloff press squat

Cable paloff press squat (OTHER SIDE)
