Great. I find it pretty tough. Thanks for putting it together. I’ve been on Tonal using your workouts plus this while I’m away from home. and running. I am keeping my calories pretty low, but really need to get the nutrition part down next. Aside from your app, any advice or books? I’m a doctor so I know how important the right nutrition is for everything especially heart and diabetes prevention, but for being in really good shape I’m not sure where to look.

The rounds keep me engaged - I have to keep track of where I am! Unlike other recorded workouts where I lose interest, I find myself finishing these!
