Good work out. I liked how the exercises kind of fit together. Example: how the Sumo and the opposite leg and hand toe touch exercise made the same muscles work together.
Also I did this work out in AM and was much smoother than the end of day work out I did for day one. I have a little more confidence now on these.
Also I got a day pass at a gym today to do this in Mammoth and I can see how this could be done at home pretty easily with some dumbbells. That is cool. I tried to be efficient today with keeping it moving.
