This was really good! Thank you. I spent 2.5 months in a partial hospitalization program for PTSD and they had a yoga therapist come give us a class every Thursday. She was great about going slow and giving us alternative moves if we needed them. Your flow and instruction are very similar, which is refreshing. I’m looking forward to the other videos! Thank you!
