I’m a certified yoga therapist specializing in musculoskeletal issues and pain. I focus on using yoga combined with therapeutic movement to create balance and ease in movement as well as stability. I will be posting joint-specific or issue-specific content (shoulder pain or sciatica), as well as creative flows mostly for beginners and level 1 students. I will also do meditations of the mindfulness type!

How to get the best outcome of the program?
I would progress slowly to really gain familiarity with the movements. You might do 1-2 videos per week and stick with those before moving to the next!
What do I need to participate in this program?
12-30 minutes of time, a space and clothes to move comfortable in, and a non-slip surface (yoga mat, carpet, non-slip gloves). I would recommend getting your first yoga mat!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Absolute beginners in yoga and those who may not have had a fitness routine before.
What are the goals of the program?
To teach you the basics of practicing common yoga poses.
How to schedule the program into a week?
Choose a time and day you can stick with for regularity. Make it work for your schedule!
