I do Barry’s boot camp and other higher impact stuff and like to do these on my chill days to switch it up..this one was comparable to Barry’s. Great workout!

Dette er så bra, nå har jeg snart fulgt deg ett år, og det kjennes bare bedre og bedre. Har prøvd andre hjemme treninger, men kommer alltid tilbake hit. Nå trenger jeg ikke prøve flere, for dette er det beste for meg

Amazing!!! The perfect finisher to this challenge. 💯 Question: the inner thigh set lights up my quads more, am I doing something wrong or just still building leg strength? I’m always amazed you do these workouts talking and smiling!
