I grew up in Denmark and started modeling in the states in my early 20's. I actually was scouted when I was 14, started working at 16 and went full time at 18. I have worked with countless brands, Sports Illustrated and made appearances on Entourage, Ridiculousness and more. Fitness and living a healthy, fun lifestyle have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Early on, I developed a routine that has helped me sculpt and maintain a healthy physique that embraces my natural curves. I have refined that routine over time and I am beyond excited to share it all with you here on my app. What I want to mention, because it is most important to me, is that these workouts are not about playing into the CRAZY demands of the fashion industry. My app is about helping you feel incredible and comfortable in your own skin. It is about you having the energy and positive vibes available every day to get the most out of life.
