I started on day 1 as a beginner and I just finished day 8. Every day I notice that the exercises are getting easier and my muscles stronger. The exercises are explained and shown very clearly. Before, I could never keep my motivation to go the gym. But with this app and all the cool video’s I'm giving it full throttle and feel mega motivated! Thnx Nathan!
