It’s not a race, your safety and comfort is my top priority :) In this course you will start with the most basic of basics, and work your way safely through progressions you a full handstand!

About Nathan Tsuji

Gymnastics started at age 3, and performing started at age 8. It was then that I was truly inspired for the first time. I still remember that feeling of inspiration watching the professionals on stage. I remember wanting to work hard so that maybe one day I could do what they did. What are the goals of the program?
The goal is simple. I want you, by the end of this program, to feel comfortable kicking up to a handstand!!! I don’t care if it takes you a week to breeze through the steps, a day, or a year. The competition is within you, and you’re doing this for you! So any and all work/progress should be celebrated.
What do I need to participate in this program?
All you need is the desire to learn and a clear space so you don’t kick anything. Once your start kicking up to a handstand you’ll want a clear patch of wall as well… we aren’t trying to have you knock pictures off!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
This is a beginner handstand guide. I have designed this to provide you with all the steps you need to progress from right side up to upside down!
