I did another workout on the treadmill. I chose the hike option that included a walk through the PNW. At least, thatโ€™s what it looked like. Great incline at a steady pace. I really focused on pushing the hills today, like I would had I been running. I feel really great today. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’ช
