Our goal with these strength and conditioning programs is to start the journey to your goals now, instead of waiting for the new year. We want to create consistency with a routine that is realistic and maintainable throughout the holiday season. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. The Photoshoot Fresh Program is designed to be 3 days of 60-minute lifting with 2 days of 30 minute conditioning each week. The focus is on strength, power, and the weekly conditioning challenges.
