For the “Photoshoot Fresh” challenge, we have TWO programs to choose from- one requires NO equipment and is completely bodyweight and can be done at home. The other program will be gym edition. Join me for a 5-week workout challenge, designed for all levels, to build lean muscle, improve athletic abilities, and shred up. We’re using laser focus training to boost your power and speed levels. Our goal with these strength and conditioning programs is to start the journey to your goals now, instead of waiting for the new year. We want to create consistency with a routine that is realistic and maintainable throughout the holiday season. We will focus on building lean muscle, burning body fat, and improving endurance with strength and conditioning workouts. The Photoshoot Fresh Program is designed to be 3 days of 60-minute lifting with 2 days of 30 minute conditioning each week. The focus is on strength, power, and the weekly conditioning challenges. We will also be engaging with you to motivate and push you during the challenge!
