Froggy and back hip thrusty thingy a lil rusty on today Hmmmmmm 🤔🤔🤔🤔 Not enough action lately i guess out of practice 🤣🤣 Too tied from working lol Ok so not been in the gym enough for my liking but gotta keep going slowly but surely making progress! Gotta get a better phone for pics Everytime i take they are just sub par and my faces need some work Look creepy af in a few i sent u 😂🤣 Oh well damnit just ignore the face and look at the progress 🤣 Getting some vascularity and making progress Took many years to fall into this disaray so gotta remember it takes time to fix! Struggling with staying off the scale lol I spent 4 months focusing on that # When i set my goal to lose weight Went from 143 fat af to 114 leaner so eating more protein and along with that the carbs i had not been eating at all So gotta keep focusing on leaning out and muscle weights more than fat mantra Loving the spray tans Smells so good lol Thank uuuu For the awesome workouts This challenge has just been a step up and no matter what a stepping stone no matter what to this years growth in your next programs i get 💪🏻💪🏻😊
