Hi everyone, Iโ€™m Michelle, the Face and Voice of The Sweat Box Inc. Iโ€™m beyond thrilled to be part of this health and fitness journey with all of you ๐Ÿ™. I have helped clients from all walks of life over my 30 year career as a health care professional. Dance used to be my passion way back when (yes, Iโ€™m almost 47 ๐Ÿ˜ฎ) and my dance and pilates background still shines through in my training today. Itโ€™s lean long muscles and a super strong core (and nice round tight booty ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ‘) me and my clients are after. I started my career in Switzerland as a hip hop and dance teacher before coming to America in the mid 90โ€™s. Since arriving in Hollywood, I became a licensed chiropractor (D.C.) an acupuncturist (L.Ac.) and integrate my knowledge as a doctor in my training. Certified by NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) as a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist), Iโ€™m known for my kick ass workouts regardless of physical ailments. Iโ€™m quick on my feet and can create a workout program for any demographic at a momentโ€™s notice. I firmly believe that anyone at any age can challenge their body to be better, stronger and leaner! I want to help you guys embrace the possible!!!!! You can do so much more than you think! Just believe in yourself and lay down the excuses no matter your injuries. What are the goals of the program?
To teach you core moves at different difficulty levels so you can build your strength up until you can master the most advanced abs exercises ๐Ÿคฉ
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Take your time and be patient with yourself. Always remember: abs are MADE IN THE KITCHEN! A shredded core requires a clean diet along with consistent practice ๐Ÿ™
How to schedule the program into a week?
I recommend you build in core work at the end of EVERY WORKOUT!! Doesnโ€™t have to be long. 5 min is all it takes ๐ŸŒŸ
What do I need to participate in this program?
The first 7 Days are all BODYWEIGHT. After that I will introduce minimal equipment or gym equipment.... I will base it on your feedback โœ๏ธ
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
These workouts are for EVERYONE ๐Ÿ˜ƒ. If you are a beginner: stick to the moves shown in the beginning of the posts and add difficulty levels shown later as you advance ๐Ÿ˜
