I broke up the work day with this mobility session and it's a must-do to give the joints a break from being crunched up behind my desk. Enjoyed it 🙂

I’ve been trying to get myself back to when I did cheerleading when I was younger. Probably some part of feeling like I’ll never reach that level of athleticism and drive has been holding me back for years. Your video made me finally hop up off the couch and do something about it.
