first ab circuit i’ve done since the summer and it’s so tough for me but this was challenging and not defeating. i’m motivated for coming back to another one tomorrow :)

I was falling a lot but I gave it my best try, I used to only do regular abs without results and now I see a slight change in only a week doing this exercises
