Michelle’s workouts never fail to turn my mood around. An instant happiness booster! I used to struggle to get through a full workout, taking breaks, sometimes even feeling like I wanted to throw up. But with practice and consistency I was able to get to the point where I feel brand new afterwards!

my new years resolution is to get back into my routine, don’t let myself fall behind & stop again. today is my first day doing that, this workout reminded me of doing that by kicking my butt. 🥵
