I love the abs workouts but I couldn't do 2 or 3 without instructions and I feel like I was hurting my wrists and neck

Failure to prepare is preparing to fail.. been struggling with motivation during my morning workouts lately… it’s great to not have to think about it and just follow along. I’m even a very advanced workout girl, and it had me sweating. 😅
