Very challenging my core is my biggest insecurity not because of the it looks but def because it’s my weakest area, but the fact that Michelle is definitely super motivating and I was trying to be gentle with my self. I’m proud of my self for trying <3 this was dope <3

Haven't done a full workout like that since the summer! 🥵 I got up determined to get back to it and push myself. I'm proud of myself for doing it and knowing where/when I needed to modify (esp with my ankle) without getting down on myself for it 💪🏻🫶
